* If you are notified that you have been chosen to coach, you will be required to complete the CDC Online Training on 'Athletes and Concussion's as mandated by the State of Minnesota.  Specific direction on how to complete this training will be given at the time that coaching assignments are announced. 

**Please note, if you intend to coach for more than one child/league you must submit an application for each!
